Bill Sewell has over 46 years of experience as a globally focused executive and provides comprehensive client oriented project leadership to meet a broad spectrum of technology and facility requirements. He has extensive, hands-on experience as a senior executive, project manager, design engineer, and construction manager for sophisticated projects around the world including data centers for Microsoft, Savvis, US Intelligence, and the Pentagon as well as C4ISR facilities for Government, and emergency operation centers. He served as Special Advisor for Infrastructure to the CIO at a classified agency. Sewell gives public and private-sector clients an independent, in-depth, practical analysis of needs and requirements to help them develop long-term security technology strategies that optimize their total cost of ownership. As a security consultant to the governments of the United States, India, Australia and Kuwait, Sewell has delivered projects for multiple agencies including Defense, IRS, the Intelligence Community, and the Departments of Energy and State. He has designed and implemented projects on every continent. For more than 10 years he served on the Telecommunications Industries Association (TIA) TR-42 Committee that developed and published the global ANSI standard for fiber optic cabling, Cat 5, Cat 6 and Cat 6A copper cabling, outside plant (OSP), telecommunications grounding and bonding, and data centers. Recently Sewell served as the Program Director of the $6.5 Billion Los Angeles Community College District Bond Program Management Office (PMO).
