Lynn Hylen is a consumer marketing consultant. Her unique perspective complements the law enforcement and security orientation of the FBI. While serving as Secretary to the FBI-LACAAA,she work to develop an anti-phishing function for consumers, hosted on the FBI-LACAAA website. In 2018, she founded the Pacific Palisades Dog Park 501(c)3 organization and served on the Pacific Palisades Park Advisory Board for six years. Prior to this, she was the Board Secretary for the Harvard Business School Association of SoCal and ran the Club’s Community Partners pro-bono consulting program. Her education in Marketing from Lehigh University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School was followed by a career with Bristol-Myers Squibb and American Express. At American Express, she led the group that designed and built the americanexpress.com website, with the amazing (at the time) new technology of checking your card statements, making travel reservations and paying your bill online! She thinks FBI employees are Rock Stars who deserve our gratitude and assistance and is excited to be a part of this group.
