I’m am proud to be serving as a Board Member for FBILACAAA.
A passion for Criminal Justice and ensuring the civil rights of all people allows me to serve in this position with compassion and an open heart. Relevant board experience for Indipendent Living Centers and a commitment to diversity are some of the strengths I will bring to this role.
I have a significant background as a clinician and crisis counselor for over ten years, working with survivors of Sex Crimes and Domestic Violence. I am currently the Mental Health Program Director for a Health and Human Rights organization that seeks to end sexual abuse in detention. This coupled with over twenty years as a film and television actress, motivational speaker and disability lecturer,
I bring exceptional people skills that I hope will help me to connect with prospective members and strengthen FBILACAAA’s existing program.
